Abebe Asrie Zerihun is the Chief Executive Office of Checheho Business Group. He is a visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind Checheho Business Group. Since founding the company in 2019, he has focused on creating sustainable value across Ethiopia’s manufacturing, trade, and agricultural sectors. With a deep commitment to innovation and national growth, Mr. Abebe Asrie continues to lead CBG toward becoming a bridge between local excellence and the global marketplace.

Andualem Ayalew Getahun is a strategic leader and management expert dedicated to driving industrial excellence and corporate growth in Ethiopia. Currently serving as the Deputy CEO of Checheho Business Group, Andualem brings a wealth of experience from the multinational FMCG sector and academic instruction to his executive role.
With an MBA from Addis Ababa University and a foundational BA in Management from Haramaya University, he blends rigorous academic insight with practical operational expertise. His career spans leadership roles at Unilever Ethiopia, Valcor Trading PLC, and Checheho Industrial PLC, alongside years of shaping future business leaders as a University Lecturer. Andualem is recognized for his ability to scale operations, optimize regional sales, and lead diverse teams toward sustainable success.
